LAM'ORO Toscana IGT 2016
More souls for one body, more instruments for a symphony, more shades for one color.
The Oro of Lamole.
Tasting notes
This wine, in its multivarietal approach, resonates the polyphony of rock and light of the Lamolese territory.
The bottle is then embellished with a gold leaf (hence the reference in the name) and anticipates all the preciousness of its content.
Pairings
Excellent with elaborate red meats, it is also perfect with game and aged cheeses.
We why like it
A deep, opaque ruby color acts as a prelude to its rich aromas, with scents of red and black berry fruits, such as wild strawberries, blackcurrants and blackberries, all of which are supported by both balsamic notes of medicinal herbs and mint and empyreumatic ones of toast and coffee. On the palate this stratification of sensations is splendidly sustained by dense, fine-grained tannins, with tanginess and acidity giving dynamism to its taste and vibrancy, thanks to the wine’s tight structure, to the aromatic aftertaste of black fruits, spices and balsamic hints.
