Tasting notes
Intense ruby red, with light garnet reflections. The nose is broad and very rich; in particular, hints of small red fruits emerge, also in jam, and notes of vanilla and licorice. On the palate it is velvety, warm, full-bodied and long persistent.
Pairings
Excellent in combination with elaborate red meats, it is also perfect to accompany game and aged cheeses.
Why we like it
Toscana IGT "Lam'Oro" intends to tell, already in the name, its peculiar origins; it was born, in fact, on the slopes of Lamole, from high-altitude vineyards, on a real "terrace" overlooking the Chianti Classico. The bottle is then embellished with a gold leaf (hence the reference in the name) and anticipates all the preciousness of its content; complexity, depth and dynamism characterize this wine, full expression of the native territory.
